Second Warranty Replacement w/exchange of ring. August 25, 2025 Reviewer: Ashleigh Trollinger from West Linn, OR United States   I would love to say that this has been easy, but this go around sucks. My product states it was shipped over 15 days ago and we still have not received it yet. USPS tracking states that the label has been created but NOTHING has been shipped out yet. My husband would very much like his wedding ring back at this point. PLUS, I cannot call and talk to a normal human, because emailing obviously doesn’t work, since no one will respond to me regarding this issue. Was this review helpful to you?

NEVER RECIEVED RING!! September 27, 2024 Reviewer: Levi from Santana   My wife ordered my ring back near christmas, I'm still trying to get in touch with this company!!!!! Backstory: The size was wrong, so we sent it back for the free resize, & We messed up again so we PAID for the new size and only received what was left of the packaging with a letter instructing us on how to file a claim,  after a couple months we were told the ring was never found. trying to get in touch to get help has m=been beyond a mission Was this review helpful to you?

Fast and Efficient March 10, 2024 Reviewer: KJ from Bloomington, IN United States   I bought my husband’s ring back in 2016 and his Zirconia fell out. With the lifetime warranty I only had to pay $25 plus shipping to them. Then they replaced the whole ring! It was fast shipping the ring back! Was this review helpful to you?
