Easy Peasy May 8, 2022 Reviewer: Monique STICKEL from Rancho Cucamonga , CA United States   I ordered a ring that was a size too small, past the return window so had to purchase the lifetime warranty. By the time I left my return at the post office, I already had a shopping notification for my new order. This really is the best company to work with. We have never had an issue with replacement December 29, 2021 Reviewer: Michael Diamond from Covington, GA United States   Tungsten's hardness comes at the price of being brittle. It would rather crack and break before bending. As a mechanic, who wears his ring, (safety issues aside) I am on my 3rd ring. Not once, have I had an issue with replacement. Great warranty! August 7, 2021 Reviewer: Heather Villanueva from Las Vegsa, NV United States   My husband's hands swell a lot because of his eczema (and the work he does with his hands).  After getting tired of not being able to wear his wedding ring he asked if we can get him a new one in a larger size. We were so excited to hear from tungsten's customer service team that size changes are covered under the warranty! We were even more ecstatic when the new ring finally arrived!
