Engraving service requires 5-7 business days additional processing time. Engraved rings are not eligible for standard return or exchange. Even if you've been sized by a jeweler, we recommend trying the ring on first via the "Send without Engraving First" service due the difference in fit of Comfort Fit bands versus Traditional Fit bands. Please refer to our Exchange Policy or contact us if you have a question or concern.

"Send without Engraving First" service is availabile within the USA only - A prepaid engraving envelope will be included with your ring so you can easily send the ring back for engraving service once you've verified the fit. I would love to say that this has been easy, but this go around sucks. My product states it was shipped over 15 days ago and we still have not received it yet. USPS tracking states that the label has been created but NOTHING has been shipped out yet. My husband would very much like his wedding ring back at this point. PLUS, I cannot call and talk to a normal human, because emailing obviously doesn’t work, since no one will respond to me regarding this issue.

I am in construction, and somehow my ring gets damaged or falls apart, roughly every year, and their lifetime warranty replacement has really been beneficial
