Engraving service requires 2-5 business days additional processing time. Engraved rings are not eligible for standard return or exchange. Even if you've been sized by a jeweler, we recommend trying the ring on first via the "Send without Engraving First" service due the difference in fit of Comfort Fit bands versus Traditional Fit bands. Please refer to our Exchange Policy or contact us if you have a question or concern.

"Send without Engraving First" service is availabile within the USA only - A prepaid engraving envelope will be included with your ring so you can easily send the ring back for engraving service once you've verified the fit. Please refer to our Exchange Policy or contact us if you have a question or concern.

It is good to know you can exchange your ring anytime you would like. It would only be better if engraving was not extra but is it still cheaper and more reasonable than paying for a new ring all over again.

We've done this twice. You still pay $25.00 - $35.00 and $7.50 for a prepaid shipping label. You're not paying full price of the ring but money still going out.

Exchage was easy, pay the $25 deductible and get your replacement. Only gripe i have is the lack of communication. Left multiple messages with company and never recieved a phone call. Also contacted via email, also no response. Customer service could use some improvement.
