Very pleased and satisfied customer! October 10, 2016 Reviewer: Jacqueline Onela from Burtonsville, MD United States   I placed an order with Tungsten Affinity for the Black Brushed & Polished Step Edge Tungsten Carbide Band because the previous band I purchased from another retailer was too big on my husband. I went with overnight shipping and was anticipating the delivery of my band the following day. To my disappointment when the package arrived there was nothing in it but the packing slip, my ring was missing! I was furious and immediately called the delivery company. The company had me file a complaint and in not so many words told me there's nothing they can do about it. So I called Tungsten Affinity to inform them about what happened and without hesitation they told me they would take care of the matter and have another ring sent out to me at no cost to me!! I received my ring with in 2 days, I'm so pleased with this company. The ring is beautiful and my husband loves it! Thank you so much Tungsten Affinity for your great customer service!! Wedding Band August 8, 2016 Reviewer: Chantelle Ellis from Laurel, MD United States   I was looking for an all black ring for my fiancé. I searched several sights, big I couldn't find that ring that was just right for him. When I came across tungsten affinity I found several rings to choose from. I finally picked one, ordered it, it came fast like they said. He tries it on And it was too big. (I ordered the wrong size) it was 5 days before our wedding. I returned the fist ring and reordered the ring it it arrive 3 days before the wedding. It was gorgeous, masculine, and reasonably priced. I will be ordering something  for my self soon. Custom order on point and on time June 5, 2016 Reviewer: Jacqueline O from Orange County United States   I wanted a special  for my sons graduation I thought a tungsten ring would be perfect but I didn't want a wedding ring.  The tungsten team worked with me and basically were willing to do everything I wanted to create a one-of-a-kind ring for my son. The inside engraving was custom the outside engraving was the image I selected and did it all in plenty of time for his graduation.
