Great Customer Service May 12, 2018 Reviewer: Gabriel Serafin from Oak Creek, WI United States   I ordered this band in a size 9 and size 8.5 (both width of 7mm) to test the fit on my finger. I liked the size 8.5 fit better, but saw that they sent that one in the 6mm variety. After a very brief and helpful phone call to customer service, they assured me that they would swap it out for the correct one prior to engraving it. A few weeks later, and I have received my beautifully engraved 7mm band and couldn't be happier. You go to the mall for the same engraved ring and you will pay 2-300$. Was this review helpful to you?
