Poor customer service, no communication. This is the fourth time I’ve purchased a ring from them, and the other three times I had nothing but positive experiences. This time however, I ordered a ring and paid for engraving upfront but for the engraving to be done after I receive the ring and tried it on and sent it back. I sent a ring back over a week and a half ago and have sent me multiple inquiries on their website about whether or not they actually received the ring in return and when I could expect to have the engraving done and get the ring back. I don’t care if it takes weeks on end as long as somebody can tell me that they have it and they are working on it. But thus far no one has made any attempt whatsoever to reach out and let me know if things are in working progress. This would definitely make me not want to do business with them in the future.
