Exchange and Contact from company lacks! August 29, 2021 Reviewer: Matt Tennessen from Kimberly, WI United States   I tried to buy and generate a label like the website says. I kept getting an error code with the label. I called the number THEY provide for me. No one there knows what I am talking about because I didn't buy the label through them. So have emailed the company countless times with no response at all. There is no number listed for them to call. I am beyond frustrated at this point!! Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent Quality and Customer Service February 3, 2020 Reviewer: Tia Ruark from Lima, OH United States   We originally ordered a ring for my husband in Sept. 2014. It still looks brand new, but is too big. I wanted to surprise him on our 5th anniversary with a new band. I had to call customer service to see if they could tell me what size his original ring was so I could size down the new one and they were so helpful. My husband’s new ring is perfect!
