Engraving service requires 5-7 business days additional processing time. Engraved rings are not eligible for standard return or exchange. Even if you've been sized by a jeweler, we recommend trying the ring on first via the "Send without Engraving First" service due the difference in fit of Comfort Fit bands versus Traditional Fit bands. Please refer to our Exchange Policy or contact us if you have a question or concern.

"Send without Engraving First" service is availabile within the USA only - A prepaid engraving envelope will be included with your ring so you can easily send the ring back for engraving service once you've verified the fit. I originally purchased the black tungsten carbide ring with the rose gold edges for my fiance and engraved it since he insisted his ring size was 11.5. When the ring arrived, it was too big so I had to return it and purchase the lifetime warranty so that I can get the same ring with blue edges (Fiance didn't like the rose gold) and get a size 11. The new ring is beautiful and fits perfect. The only complaint I have is that when sweating, the ring bled alittle.

There is either something wrong with your site, my multiple browsers I have tried, ... or me.

I will be sending the replacement ring back (if the new one fits) for engraving.  I have low confidence that it will be an easy task since I will want the "text" to be engraved to be exactly as I will enter on your site...and not just to send it back to you using only a marked-up packing slip.
