Returns & Exchanges




At Tungsten Affinity we strive to make every interaction with us your best online experience ever. That is why we offer a No Nonsense 45 Day Return and Exchange policy on all of our tungsten rings. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may either exchange the ring for a new size or style, or return the ring no questions asked. Engraved or damaged rings are not eligible for standard exchange or return, but there are options. Please see instructions below for engraved or damaged rings.

Exchanges:

  • Contact Tungsten Affinity through email customerservice@tungstenaffinity.com to notify us that you will be exchanging your ring and the reason for the exchange. Please include your original order number in the message subject or body.
  • All items must be received by Tungsten Affinity within 45 days of order date, or within 45 days of your most recent transaction date (i.e. exchange, lifetime warranty claim).
  • Place your ring in a jewelry box and secure your jewelry box inside the package which you will be sending the ring back in. It is important to make sure that the ring(s) will not move or shift while in transit. Do not send your ring loose, in a letter/paper envelope, or otherwise not secured in proper packaging, as the ring may be damaged or lost in transport. Tungsten Affinity is not responsible for damage to or loss of items while in transport to us.
  • Include a copy of your original packing slip with the EXCHANGE section filled out in the return package. Without this, Tungsten Affinity can not process your exchange.
    • If you do not have your packing slip, please follow these steps:
      --Go to tungstenaffinity.com/myaccount
      -Log in using the email address and password you chose when you bought your ring
      -Click "Review orders / track packages"
      -Click the "View or Change Order" button next to the order you need to print the invoice for
      -Just beneath and to the right of "Order Details", click the "Need to print an invoice?" button
      -Print the packing slip/invoice that pops up and include it in your shipment to us.

  • Customer is responsible for the postage when sending the package back to Tungsten Affinity. We strongly suggest using a shipping method that includes insurance and delivery confirmation, as Tungsten Affinity is not responsible for lost or unreceived packages.
  • You may purchase a convenient prepaid exchange shipping label that you can print out from your computer and use to ship your exchange package to us. It will save you money on postage and you'll be provided with a tracking number so you can track your exchange package.

  • If you choose to take the risk of shipping your ring without tracking or delivery confirmation and the package is lost, your exchange can not be processed and you will not be refunded - we strongly suggest adding delivery confirmation and/or tracking when shipping your package.
  • If the ring has been altered, damaged, or is outside the 45 day window of our Exchange Policy you make take advantage of our Lifetime Warranty.
  • Exchanges are generally processed within 3-5 business days of our receipt of the package.
  • If you receive the ring and it is already damaged or there are any other delivery-related concerns, you must notify customerservice@tungstenaffinity.com within 3 calendar days of your tracked receipt of the order. Notifications of receipt of a damaged rings or delivery-related concerns after 3 calendar days past your tracked receipt of the ring will be referred to the Lifetime Warranty program and not eligible for exchange - no exceptions.
  • If the ring you receive is a different style/width/size from what you ordered (to be verified by Tungsten Affinity), you must notify customerservice@tungstenaffinity.com within 5 calendar days of your tracked receipt of the ring. Notifications of an incorrectly shipped order after 5 calendar days past your tracked receipt of the ring(s) are no longer eligible for standard exchange and will be referred to the Lifetime Warranty program without exception.
  • ENGRAVING ORDERS: If you opted for 'Send without Engraving First', please do not use the prepaid engraving envelope for exchanging, as the prepaid engraving envelopes are routed directly to our engraver. Only ONE prepaid envelope will be provided, so if you choose to use the prepaid envelope for an exchange, you will not be provided with a second prepaid envelope. Please ONLY use the prepaid envelope when you are sending the ring to be engraved.
  • Rings engraved by Tungsten Affinity: Engraved rings are not eligible for standard exchange. Engraved rings must be replaced via the lifetime warranty replacement program. Click here if you have an engraved ring you'd like to replace (NOTE: you can specify a different size/style/width in the lifetime warranty replacement claim)
  • Rings engraved by anyone other than Tungsten Affinity will not be accepted for an exchange.
  • ***Shipping charges from Tungsten Affinity to you are free for 1 exchange (within the US) if you choose the standard free shipping option. If you need to exchange again after the 1st free exchange, each shipment will result in a charge of $6.95
  • ***For US Exchanges, the new ring(s) will be shipped to you via 5-7 day First Class regardless of your order's original shipping method. If you need expedited shipping, please indicate what expedited shipping option you want by checking the corresponding checkbox on the exchange form. The corresponding charge for expedigted shipping will be charged to the payment method on file unless you specify otherwise.
  • ***Shipping charges for orders shipped outside the US are not covered under the Exchange Policy, International customers will be billed for shipping charges based on the original payment method (i.e. PayPal invoice for PayPal transactions, Visa for Visa transactions, etc.)

Returns:

  • Contact Tungsten Affinity through email customerservice@tungstenaffinity.com to notify us that you will be returning your ring and the reason for the return. You must include your original order number in this email.
    ***NOTIFICATIONS BY PHONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, WE MUST HAVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION OR OTHER WRITTEN (Such as on the paperwork included with your purchase) FROM YOU TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND. Rings sent in packages without any paperwork included or indication about what we are to do with the order will be researched & if we can ascertain the order the ring belongs to & all Return requirements are met, the ring will be processed as a return by default. If we investigate & are not able to match the ring to an order, we will hold the ring for 30 days to allow ample time for you to contact us & claim the ring & let us know how you'd like to proceed.

  • Rings engraved by Tungsten Affinity: Engraved rings are not eligible for standard return/refund. If you choose, you may return engraved ring(s) for a refund from which a $40 reconditioning/resufracing fee will be deducted. The Engraving Service fee is non-refundable.
  • Rings engraved by anyone other than Tungsten Affinity will not be accepted for return

  • Damaged rings are not eligible for refund. If your ring is damaged and you wish to obtain a different size/width/style, or just a replacement of your original ring, please submit a lifetime warranty claim for replacement at http://www.tungstenaffinity.com/lifetime.
  • If your ring(s) was already damaged upon your receipt of it, you must notify customerservice@tungstenaffinity.com within 3 calendar days of your tracked receipt of the ring. Notifications of receipt of a damaged after 3 calendar days past your tracked receipt of the ring will be referred to the Lifetime Warranty program - no exceptions.
  • If the ring you receive is a different style/width/size from what you ordered (to be verified by Tungsten Affinity), you must notify customerservice@tungstenaffinity.com within 45 calendar days of your tracked receipt of the ring. Notifications of an incorrectly shipped order after 45 calendar days past your tracked receipt of the ring(s) are no longer eligible for standard return and will be referred to the Lifetime Warranty program without exception.
  • All items must be received within 45 days from the date of your tracked receipt of your order. date. Merchandise received after this date will be declined. Refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days after our receipt of your return package. Refund amount will not include original postage or engraving fee (if applicable), as postage and engraving services are non-refundable

Tungsten Affinity reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange to any ring which has been damaged while in the customer's possession. If your ring has been damaged while in your possession, the Lifetime Warranty Policy is the route that must be taken.
