  • As per our Exchange Policy it can take 3-5 business days from the day we physically receive your package before the exchange/return is processed. The best way to calculate this processing time is to take a look at your package tracking/delivery confirmation information & once it shows we've received your package, starting counting on the following business day. For example, if we receive your package on a Saturday & there are no holidays during the proceeding week (http://www.tungstenaffinity.com/schedule(Click Here for our shipping schedule), then your new ring would ship out (or your refund issued if returning) no later than the following Friday.

    If it has been less than 6 business days, please wait until 6 business days have elapsed before requesting a status update.

    If your tracking information shows that we received your package more than 6 business days ago, please include the tracking number & carrier (FedEx/UPS/USPS) in the message box below.
  • Exchanges & Returns are processed according to our Exchange Policy as soon as we receive your package. Exchanges & Returns take up to 3 weeks to process once we receive your package. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the new ring has shipped.

  • Engraving Service can take up to 5 business days pre-shipment to complete. Once the ring is engraved & shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
