Engraving service requires 2-5 business days additional processing time. Engraved rings are not eligible for standard return or exchange. Even if you've been sized by a jeweler, we recommend trying the ring on first via the "Send without Engraving First" service due the difference in fit of Comfort Fit bands versus Traditional Fit bands. Please refer to our Exchange Policy or contact us if you have a question or concern.

"Send without Engraving First" service is availabile within the USA only - A prepaid engraving envelope will be included with your ring so you can easily send the ring back for engraving service once you've verified the fit. I had my husband sized at 2 different local jewelers. I ordered a ring, it came and it was way too big. I ordered a second ring that was a size smaller, and it yet again was way too big! I emailed, and received a not so friendly response telling me that my local jewelers must be wrong. I am VERY displeased and aggravated. Over 300.00 spent and still NO ring. I yet again, have to pay another 60.00 to send this one back and get another one! VERY DISAPPOINTED in this company!

The warranty replacement was easy to use, but took some time. Once I sent back my husband's ring, it probably took another week - 2 weeks to get the replacement back, which I expected.

Very unsatisfied! March 6, 2018

When I had ordered my ring the first time , it was half a size too small . I sent everything back I was supposed to, including the red sash bags, and when i got my new ring sent to me I opened it and the red sash bags were gone, and my fiances ring was just free floating in the ring box . I paid 95$ to first ring  70$ for the resized and re engraved ring to have it sent to me like that ?
