Tungsten rings run approximately 1/2 size larger than traditional metals, so if you were sized by a local jeweler as a size 9.5 for example, you would be a size 9.0 in tungsten comfort fit bands.How do I know what band width to select? Typically mens bands are 8mm or greater in width, whereas womens bands are 7mm and smaller. Balance is the key, for example, a 10mm width in size 5 would most likely not allow you to close your hand into a fist, so that is not a good width & size combination. Another example would be a 5mm size 12 is a width & size combination that we do not manufacture because such a thin band width would be prone to cracking or breaking.
