"Send without Engraving First" service is availabile within the USA only - A prepaid engraving envelope will be included with your ring so you can easily send the ring back for engraving service once you've verified the fit. We originally ordered a ring for my husband in Sept. 2014. It still looks brand new, but is too big. I wanted to surprise him on our 5th anniversary with a new band. I had to call customer service to see if they could tell me what size his original ring was so I could size down the new one and they were so helpful. My husband’s new ring is perfect!

Tungsten Affinity is very well organized for an online jewelry retailer, with proper paperwork to keep the ring tracked, to know proper engraving, re-sizing, changing of styles, etc.. Comes with a pre-paid return envelope, and the process is very easy.
