Make it your own with Level 1 Ring Customization.

Ring customization is considered a service, therefore the fee for customization is not eligible for refund. Each customization fee applies to 1 ring, 1 surface.

*If you select "Send without Customization First", we will ship the ring without the customization to you so you can try it on and make sure it's a perfect and comfortable fit. Then, you ship the ring back to us in a prepaid envelope (included in initial shipment). Once the customization is complete, we ship the customized ring back to you promptly. (US orders only)


**If you select "Send With Customization" please be certain of your ring size & style choice - if you need to exchange the ring after it is customized, a second customization fee will be charged in addition to a reconditioning fee equal to 50% of the product price.

***Customization is a SERVICE and is therefore non-refundable.  Because we allocate resources for your customization, if you do not send your ring to be customized in the prepaid envelope within 30 days of your receipt of the ring, you forfeit the customization fee. ***The customization fee is non-refundable after 30 days regardless of circumstance.
