Not too pleased. Never recieved my ring. I did not purchase the additional insurance so i was told to contact my local postal office with no other option or vommunication in sight. Ya, nice for you guys, you got my money and product wasnt recieved and no other assistance even offered. I was not looking for a refund just hoping for a solution as i am now out money and my ring for my fiance. To say the least I can not review the product and the customer service dept just shot me down. I get the insurance but in a situation lile this, you hope for at least a little more assistance than what was recieved.

I recently purchased a Tungsten bracelet for my husband for his birthday (and hes not a jewlery-wearing kind of guy). But he somehow loved it so much that I got him a ring as a 20th anniversary gift (to modernize his wedding band) and he loved, loved, LOVED it! He loves the quality weigh to it and the comfort and durability! I was hoping ya'll did watches too, maybe in future?
