Product and Service August 2, 2011 Reviewer: Teri Joa from Waynesboro, VA United States   We purchased our rings 4 months ago and they still look as good as the day they arrived.  We are active people. Mine has been camping, climbing, building a house from ground up, clearing land and it even had an encounter with battery acid. The customer service was outstanding.  We where looking at one of the black rings when the rep. suggested that with our life styles there was a good chance the black would scratch or chip.  The local stores never mentioned this possibility to us.  I spoke to 3 reps in all,both before and after the sale, and each one was pleasant helpful and made it obvious that the goal was our happiness not the sale.  I would defiantly recommend and purchase from this company again. Beautiful ring, fantastic customer service. April 10, 2011 Reviewer: C.F. from Puebla, Mexico.   The ring looks great on the picture, but it looks even better on one's finger. The mirror-like polish is indeed scratch resistance as I tested my ring against my swiss army knife. Initially reluctant to do so, after seeing what I did she decided to test her ring too. My size 9, 8mm ring looks masculine and quite impressive. Her size 4, 5mm ring is looks just as solid but is definitely very feminine. Customer service is fantastic. They answered every question I had -  and I had a lot of them - promptly and in a caring way. The engraving on the rings was well done. Tungsten Affinity's prices are great and the service is even better. In addition, after much research on Tungsten Carbide rings (and I do suggest you do your own) , I decided Tungsten Affinity had the quality products I was looking for. It's obvious to me that they stand by their products and I say that if you like something of theirs, get it and you probably won't regret it. Congratulations TA team. Was this review helpful to you?
