Engraving service requires 5-7 business days additional processing time. Engraved rings are not eligible for standard return or exchange. Even if you've been sized by a jeweler, we recommend trying the ring on first via the "Send without Engraving First" service due the difference in fit of Comfort Fit bands versus Traditional Fit bands. "Send without Engraving First" service is availabile within the USA only - A prepaid engraving envelope will be included with your ring so you can easily send the ring back for engraving service once you've verified the fit. Poor customer service, no communication.  This is the fourth time I’ve purchased a ring from them, and the other three times I had nothing but positive experiences. This time however, I ordered a ring and paid for engraving upfront but for the engraving to be done after I receive the ring and tried it on and sent it back. I sent a ring back over a week and a half ago and have sent me multiple inquiries on their website about whether or not they actually received the ring in return and when I could expect to have the engraving done and get the ring back. I don’t care if it takes weeks on end as long as somebody can tell me that they have it and they are working on it. But thus far no one has made any attempt whatsoever to reach out and let me know if things are in working progress. This would definitely make me not want to do business with them in the future.

My husband and I ordered our rings from here over 5 years ago and have been pleased with them since day 1. I unfortunately lost mine recently so was able to buy a replacement one to match exactly! The delivery time is quick, it's great they allow you to try on the size to ensure it's correct before you get it engraved and the detail in the exterior design is beautiful! The quality of their products and speed of delivery as well as EXCELLENT prices make for a great option for wedding bands. I would highly recommend them and we were so excited to find a place with Celtic designs (with a material that would hold up to my hubby being rough on his jewelry!)
