Customer Service was quick (within the hour) to respond to my product inquiry. They helped me make an informed decision before I made my purchase. The ring arrived BEFORE the first estimated arrival date, and was more impressive than described online. The silver tungsten was darker, which was nice since I had originally planned on purchasing the black plated version of the ring I ended up purchasing. OMG September 11, 2011 Reviewer: Daniel from Eureka, CA United States   I ordered a 10mm wide 2.5mm thick size 14.5 pipecut ring. It is HUGE! I have big hands, but this is almost too big. If I could do it again (which I might since its only $100) I'd order an 8mm with 2mm thick. There is defects in this ring. Its beautiful. Its soooo heavy too :) Was this review helpful to you?
