Engraving service requires 5-7 business days additional processing time. Engraved rings are not eligible for standard return or exchange. Even if you've been sized by a jeweler, we recommend trying the ring on first via the "Send without Engraving First" service due the difference in fit of Comfort Fit bands versus Traditional Fit bands. Please refer to our Exchange Policy or contact us if you have a question or concern.

"Send without Engraving First" service is availabile within the USA only - A prepaid engraving envelope will be included with your ring so you can easily send the ring back for engraving service once you've verified the fit. Nice ring overall, but I bought two different sizes to try out, and more than one month after returning one of the rings, I have not received a refund or any acknowledgement of my emails to customer service.

I only gave you a 4 star rating because,  although I love your product (my ring), your customer service does not meet the same standards as your product. I ordered and paid for 2 of the same ring but only received 1 ring. The order/packing information page inside the package clearly states that there should be 2 rings. Plus I have already sent you 2 typed messages, because you won't give a telephone number so that I can speak to a  person to clear up this matter. I still have not received any response other than this review request from you.  Also, my name and address has changed since  my previous order, but your site didn't allow me to change that information because I still use the same email address. I would love to speak with a representative from your company to get this all figured out and cleared up.  Thank you
